The training programs.

 

The aim of the programs are for you to develop your agility so you can perform better in training and during matches.

Suitable for everyone, they will help you train specific aspects of agility that can be overlooked in team training session.

A lot of the sessions you can perform by yourself but you also get the chance to work on you performance with a training partner.

Expert led, research driven program.

Neil designs the programs based on 15 years coaching experience, 11 years of study and 5 years of research into agility and athletic performance.

App delivered.

The programs are organised into 4-week blocks to allow you to focus on a specific area of your agility e.g attacking cutting. You will access the program through an app that will give you access to all the coaching videos you need. The program is designed to supplement your sport sessions and will be made up of two or three 20-30 minute sessions per week.
