Being able to out brake your opponent is a crucial skill in agility performance both for attack and defence. This is the first of 2 programs designed to build on each other. This 6-week program will help you build your brakes so that you can beat your marker or stay with your attacker. The block includes 3 sessions a week that you can build around your normal training so you don’t lose out on your normal on-pitch and gym training.
