This 6-week block will make you more explosive and increase your vertical jump making you an all round more explosive player. This block will include 2 intense jumping sessions, one a double-leg focus and the other a single-leg focus, and 1 assistance session per week. Some prior gym experience is needed. You need to be comfortable with a barbell on your back and have access to a trapbar/hexbar.
